Granby Tennis Club, West Granby Connecticut
The Granby Tennis Club is in West Granby Connecticut 3 miles west of Granby center in North Central Connecticut and is an outdoor private tennis club and a place for families and friends to gather and share the love of tennis, swimming, barbecues and many other social events.
We are located on several acres in a beautiful country setting surrounded by hills, trees, and the West Branch Salmon Brook in the Historic District of West Granby, Ct.
Our two red clay tennis courts and one har-tru green clay tennis court are impeccably maintained, and our clubhouse, pavilion, and covered deck are perfect for parties or to just come up and use our complimentary gas barbecue grills for some outdoor cooking.
On hot days nothing feels better than a swim in the natural pool at the foot of Huggins’ Gorge or to stroll upstream to the waterfall at the head of the gorge.
We offer a wonderful junior program with interclub matches and a fun end-of-the-season cook-out for the whole family.
For our adult players, there are several leagues to offer competition at all levels; plus Granby Tennis always has a number of social tennis events and mixers to get to know the other club members and families.
Whether you are a serious player or just want to get out in the fresh air and get some exercise you will find what you want at GTC.
